When might the landscaping resume? 140K for 07/08 landscaping? Yikes.

As funds are received by the CDD, maintenance will fist take place on the most critical
items.

What is the status on the community amenities such as the pool, and the unfinished roads around it?

Unless alternative financing sources can be obtained, the recreation area construction will not be able to commence until overall market conditions improve.

What about the next phase of the community such as the MDU/Townhomes and the business park?

Any further residential development activity will be subject to how fast the current market conditions improve.

The O&M assessment is budgeting for receipt of funds from 855 townhomes, of which we have ZERO. Where will those funds come from in the interim?

The developers of the community directly fund for the undeveloped and unplatted parecels.
